Job Description
Education/ Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Graduate in business/sustainable finance/economics/data science, or a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or CA, Sri Lanka (preference given to candidates with a sustainability-related qualification)
- Passion for sustainability-related work; knowledge of ESG reporting will be an added advantage
- Good research and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Capture relevant sustainable finance data independently
- Collect and analyse ESG data from borrowers’ sustainability reports
- Check the quality of deliverables
- Plan workflows and work with the team to meet deadlines
