Job Description
What we need:
· Experienced in desktop support or technical support roles.
· Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
· Familiar with office automation products, computer peripherals, network security practices, and antivirus programs, including the ability to perform remote troubleshooting and offer clear instructions.
What you have to do:
· Resolve user tickets for hardware, software, and networking.
· Assist with application and peripheral installations.
· Diagnose issues with targeted questions and provide step-by-step guidance.
