Qlub, a Global FinTech startup, is looking for a Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Support Engineer, you will collaborate with the technical team to create scalable solutions, manage monitoring systems, analyze data, and provide L2 customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of software industry experience
- Experience with monitoring systems like Grafana, Prometheus, and tools such as Postman, Jaeger
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with Slack integrations and JIRA is a bonus
