Job Description

Qlub, a Global FinTech startup, is looking for a Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Support Engineer, you will collaborate with the technical team to create scalable solutions, manage monitoring systems, analyze data, and provide L2 customer support.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of software industry experience
• Experience with monitoring systems like Grafana, Prometheus, and tools such as Postman, Jaeger
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience with Slack integrations and JIRA is a bonus
