Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient JIRA support, ensuring timely resolution of client and internal user requests
- Perform analysis for client queries regularly and ensure their satisfaction
- Investigate, diagnose, and find remedies for technical issues reported by clients
- Create detailed JIRA tickets for accurate identification of issues
- Provide relevant references to clients within agreed-upon SLAs
- Effectively monitor and communicate backlog status to superiors
- Produce, deliver, analyze, and evaluate weekly client reports
- Maintain incident categorization and labels accurately
- Analyze current practices and recommend application enhancements
- Provide expertise in delivering services complying with standards
- Assist UK staff in ticket analysis and ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum one year of customer service or support experience
- Proficient in cloud technologies and databases (SQL, JIRA, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good computer literacy (MS Office/Google Sheets)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Sound knowledge in Audio Recognition
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work according to UK calendar
