Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient JIRA support, ensuring timely resolution of client and internal user requests
  • Perform analysis for client queries regularly and ensure their satisfaction
  • Investigate, diagnose, and find remedies for technical issues reported by clients
  • Create detailed JIRA tickets for accurate identification of issues
  • Provide relevant references to clients within agreed-upon SLAs
  • Effectively monitor and communicate backlog status to superiors
  • Produce, deliver, analyze, and evaluate weekly client reports
  • Maintain incident categorization and labels accurately
  • Analyze current practices and recommend application enhancements
  • Provide expertise in delivering services complying with standards
  • Assist UK staff in ticket analysis and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum one year of customer service or support experience
  • Proficient in cloud technologies and databases (SQL, JIRA, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office/Google Sheets)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Sound knowledge in Audio Recognition
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work according to UK calendar
