Job Description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, currently seeking a talented Manager Supply Chain for a leading FMCG company in Sri Lanka.
Job Role:
- Oversee and optimize the supply planning process to align with production schedules, inventory levels, and customer demand.
- Develop strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, minimize costs, and manage supply disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory effectively.
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and lead the supply planning team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of supply chain management experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain planning software and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in implementing supply chain strategies that drive efficiency and cost reduction.
