We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join PromoLanka Holdings (Private) Limited. This role is crucial for coordinating, negotiating, and quality-controlling the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) requirements for hotel projects in the HORECA sector. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient procurement processes, manage supplier relationships, and uphold the highest standards of quality and service aligned with project specifications and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate BOQ requirements, ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations.
• Evaluate and select potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to align procurement activities with project requirements.
• Monitor market trends and product developments to enhance procurement decisions and project outcomes.
• Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with standards and specifications.
• Track delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of goods and manage any delays or issues.

Qualifications:
