Role Description

Strategic Supply Chain Management:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution.

Warehouse Operations:

• Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational policies.
• Implement and manage warehouse systems and processes for efficient inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Utilize IT/AI systems for monitoring operations, managing stock levels, and tracking shipments.
• Lead modern warehousing techniques adoption for improved efficiency.
• Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations.
• Ensure staff training in warehouse management systems and technologies.

Wharf Management:

• Oversee all wharf activities for efficient loading and unloading of goods.
• Coordinate with port authorities and manage relationships with shipping lines.
• Monitor and optimize wharf operations to enhance efficiency.

Logistics Coordination:

• Integrate warehouse and logistics activities with business operations.
• Manage logistics providers and negotiate contracts for cost-effective service.
• Develop logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and IT proficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
