Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
- End-to-End Oversight: Manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams for optimized supply chain activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs for improvement.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop the logistics team.
Qualifications
- Demand Planning and Supply Management skills
- Analytical Skills for data analysis
- Experience in Inventory Management and Procurement
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
