Job Description
A highly skilled Manager in Inventory Management is needed to efficiently manage the extensive SKU inventory at HFL. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in inventory control, turnover optimization, and over-aged inventory reduction. Responsibilities include developing inventory strategies, analyzing turnover rates, and leading a team to ensure aggressive inventory turnover.
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and analyze data.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts for cost savings and evaluate supplier performance.
- Improve supply chain processes and collaborate for demand forecasting.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and make recommendations to management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/Inventory Management.
- Strong analytical, planning, and procurement skills.
- 3-5 years of proven inventory management experience.
- Leadership qualities and a proactive approach.
- Experience in engineering or related field.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
