Job Description

ROLE PROFILE

• Strong Knowledge of sourcing and procurement strategies and negotiation techniques
• Sound on vendor management and evaluation process
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and specification
• Skill to negotiate best offer to secure competitive rates without compromising quality and service of the products
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage procurement process effectively and efficiently
• Familiarity with dealing with local supplier base and procure the goods and services in quickest possible timelines
• Knowledge in dealing with foreign suppliers, communicating and negotiating the best deals

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
• A degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or a similar qualification in a related field
• Part of fully qualified in CIMA or MBA in a relevant field will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in ERP software
• Proficiency in English, both written and Spoken is a must
• Being a good team player is essential
