Responsibilities:
- Frequent monitoring of dairy farms to improve and maintain raw milk quality.
- Attracting farmers to supply milk to the company.
- Implementing farmer development programs.
- Overseeing Milk Chilling Center operations.
- Maintaining quality standards at the Milk Chilling Center.
Expected Profile:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- 1 year experience in Dairy farming or Agriculture preferred.
- Knowledge in dairy farming, raw milk quality, and farm management.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiating skills.
- Bike license and ownership preferred.
