Job Description
Location: Nawalapitiya/Kahawatta
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites:
- Minimum 02-03 years work experience in the same capacity, excluding training period.
- Thorough knowledge of Tea, Rubber, Cinnamon, and other crops along with agricultural practices.
- Experience in Tea manufacturing and Commercial Forestry.
- Fluency in English language and IT literacy.
- Academic qualifications in Plantation Management from a recognized institute.
- Ability to speak Tamil language will be an added advantage.
- Salary Range: 200K-350K (Negotiable)
