Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Study Abroad Advisor. As a Study Abroad Advisor at World Wings Education and Migration Sri Lanka in Colombo, you will assist students in their study abroad journey. Responsibilities include providing guidance on study programs, assisting with applications, coordinating with educational institutions, and ensuring a smooth transition for students.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and study abroad programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide accurate information to students
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in English and additional languages is a plus
- Experience in student counseling or customer service is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (optional)
