Job Description

Joining a vibrant international team, you’ll play a pivotal role in handling inquiries from prospective students interested in pursuing their studies in Australia. Your primary duties will involve converting these inquiries into formal applications and facilitating their enrollment into our partner universities.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospective students through various channels such as phone, email, or text.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with students and their parents.
- Evaluate academic backgrounds of inquiries and applications.
- Discuss student options during the initial stages, considering their financial suitability.
- Participate in educational events and plan recruitment trips in target markets.
- Process applications for partner universities.
- Maintain and manage your portfolio of student applications through regular follow-ups.
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Ability to promptly respond to inquiries to enhance conversion rates.
- Professional and timely communication with partner universities.
- Familiarity with entry requirements for studying in Australia (training provided).
- Understanding of admissions policies of partner universities (training provided).
