Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Counselor. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective processing of student visa applications.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire student visa application process, from initial consultation to visa approval.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline visa application procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with international educational institutions, embassies, and immigration authorities to facilitate the visa application process.
• Handle complex visa cases and provide expert advice and assistance to students and their families.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visa applications and approvals.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Education, Counseling).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in student visa counseling or migration services.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures, immigration laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
