Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at Belmont Institute of Higher Education in Colombo. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career counseling, communication with students and faculty, and delivering excellent customer service on campus.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in Education or Counseling
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience in higher education settings is a plus
