Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor at our Colombo office. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to students, offering career guidance, facilitating communication between students and educational institutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge and experience in the field of education
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with international students is a plus
