Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling sessions to students.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration.
- Conduct workshops on mental health and personal development.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
- Experience in a counseling role, preferably in education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Sinhala/Tamil a plus.
