Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counsellor at an Australian Based Organization located in Colombo. The Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and assistance to students in various academic and personal matters to enhance their overall well-being and success.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathy and understanding towards the needs of students
- Experience in counseling or related field
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of educational systems and student development
- Certification in counseling or relevant field is a plus
