Role Accountabilities:
- Develop informative reports for assessing company performance and facilitating strategic decision-making.
- Prepare budgets and financial models, present insights to management and board.
- Conduct product and market studies to support growth.
- Develop KPIs aligned with company strategy and monitor performance.
- Prepare various reports and documents.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed BSc/BA in Business or related field, or a professional qualification.
- Understanding of business administration, management, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Report writing and organizational skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Banking & Finance.
