Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate tracking, storage, and timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs.
- Lead and mentor store staff, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits, minimize discrepancies, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance, maintaining a secure and hazard-free storage environment.
- Prepare and present inventory reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to optimize store operations.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse/store management or a similar role.
- Male candidate below 40 years of age.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
