Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to maintain quality and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and providing data insights to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory control software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
