Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with parts selection and inform them about companion parts and specials.
- Ensure ordered parts and pricing align with estimates, and handle stock orders efficiently.
- Notify service teams and customers of special order arrivals and follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Maintain and replenish inventory, supporting outside sales representatives as needed.
- Process internal parts requests and payments, while keeping accurate records of orders, invoices, and estimates.
Qualifications:
- Experience in parts operations or similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in inventory management systems.
