Role Description
We are currently seeking a Store Executive for a full-time on-site role in Gampaha. The ideal candidate will oversee customer service, retail operations, sales activities, and effective communication within the store. Responsibilities include managing cash, inventory, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive assistance.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Prior experience in retail sales
- Understanding of commerce and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in cash handling and inventory management
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain or a related field
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is advantageous
- Proficiency in Sinhala and English is preferred
