Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo. As a SSE/ATL/TL at our client, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to software development and team leadership.

• Develop enterprise solutions for customer needs
• Design applications for scalability, observability, security, and data protection
• Create inline documentation for all developed code
• Write testable codes compatible with cross-platforms
• Knowledge on Continuous integration and deployment
• Issue troubleshooting and provide solutions

Qualifications

• Expertise in software development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience in software architecture
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies
• Fluent in two or more programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, GoLang, and C++)

Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

Good understanding of microservices architecture, Restful web services, and data formats

Proficiency in Software Development Best Practices

3+ years of experience as a software engineering professional

Knowledge of Containerization, Cloud technologies is a plus

• Knowledge and experience in Blockchain, Flutter, AI/ML is considered a plus
