Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
- Plan sponsorship education and messaging
- Coordinate child selection process
- Integrate sponsorship requirements with child development
- Ensure sponsor communications contribute to children’s development
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in INGO/NGO/Sponsorship Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or related field
- Understanding of the Humanitarian industry
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and proficiency in English
