Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and provide technical input on sponsorship education
- Promote community and partner engagement
- Coordinate child selection process and ensure integration with development initiatives
- Ensure Child Monitoring Standards are met
- Prepare Annual Sponsorship Budgets and Business Plans
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in an INGO/NGO/World Vision
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science or related field
- Proficiency in English and Tamil
- Understanding of Humanitarian industry
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and willingness to travel frequently
