Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in BPO operations with a strong understanding of BPO processes and workflow.
- Previous experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze training needs and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency with training software and tools is a must.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the BPO industry.
