Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Smeralda Properties PVT LTD in Dikwella. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the day-to-day culinary operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Additionally, the Sous Chef will help maintain kitchen standards, manage inventory, and ensure food quality and consistency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or relevant role
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a kitchen team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
