Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team at our upscale restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef in menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
Requirements: a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, culinary degree preferred, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
