Job Description
ZILLIONe is seeking talented professionals to join us as a Solutions Architect specializing in Dynamics CRM/CE. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics CRM/CE with a successful implementation track record. Whether you excel at client consulting or solution architecture, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients for requirements gathering
- Design and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Lead project teams for successful delivery
- Drive CRM productization rollout
- Provide post-implementation training and support
- Stay updated on Dynamics 365 CE best practices
About the Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certification or Salesforce equivalent
- 3 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions
- 1 year of experience in Architecting Solutions
- Experience in customizing CRM solutions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Interest in AI integration in Dynamics 365
