Job Description
COMPANY
Sino Lanka Power Gen is expanding and seeking solar/electrical technicians with over 1 year of experience to join our team. You will be crucial in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems in a collaborative, professional environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Install and commission solar PV systems per design specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections for optimal system performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar PV systems, including inverters and wiring.
- Collaborate with engineers for successful project implementation.
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain accurate project records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate in Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3+), solar PV certification preferred.
- Proven experience in solar PV installation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work at heights and in various conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to workplace safety and knowledge of PV regulations.
