Responsibilities:
- Build Epic Systems: Design scalable software using Node.js, React, Python, and golang.
- Be the Tech Translator: Translate business ideas into code blueprints.

- Own Code Quality: Ensure clean code, patterns, and effective tests.
- Tech Trendsetter: Stay updated with cutting-edge tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Education or Experience: CS degree or equivalent experience.
- Tech Experience: 2+ years in tech leadership roles.
- Languages: Proficiency in Node.js, React, Python, and cloud skills (AWS, Azure).
- Design Skills: Strong in patterns, APIs, and software blueprints.
- Communication: Ability to explain tech concepts and support team growth.
