Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our agile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software releases and working closely with developers to identify and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality.
- Test software in all development phases, identifying issues.
- Collaborate with developers to improve product quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies for project coordination.
- Document QA activities and provide feedback to developers.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Collect and analyze quality data for compliance.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of QA testing experience.
- Knowledge of QA methodology, Agile frameworks, and regression testing.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
