We are hiring a Social Media specialist for a hybrid work opportunity based in Millenium City, Athurugiriya, Sri Lanka.
Work Type: Hybrid
Work Hours: 8am to 5pm, Working days (Mon -Fri), weekends for urgent matters
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage social media accounts on Instagram and TikTok.
- Create marketing campaigns using multiple channels.
- Handle influencer marketing and ensure brand consistency.
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in Skincare and Beauty Industry.
- Proficient in TikTok/Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Strong design sense and commitment to work.
