Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and develop original concepts across all social media sites (Eg: TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Film and edit short-form videos showcasing company events, culture, products, or services.
- Stay updated on the latest TikTok and Reels trends, audio, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content supporting campaigns.
- Track performance metrics of the content and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media content creation.
- Passionate about social media with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience with video editing software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Note: Portfolio or examples of creative TikTok/Instagram content required.
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift (SL time): Straddle (12 PM to 9 PM)
Other Features: Full-time, Hybrid model, willing to travel to Kandy if required, US calendar applicable.
