Job Description
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to accurately track cash flow. Experience in maintaining financial databases and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, processing expense reports, and maintaining 1099s and reports at year end.
Responsibilities:
- Review and record invoices from vendors
- Process employee expense reports and escalate discrepancies
- Maintain knowledge of approved vendors and policies
- Generate 1099s and reports at year end
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Accounts Payable
- Organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
