Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Westgate International Pvt Ltd in Panadura. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Construction Management, Project Supervision, and Quality Control skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Certification in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction supervision
- Monitor and manage daily operations on-site, addressing any issues or delays promptly
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as project demands require
