Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at JAYABUILDERS in Colombo. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Experience in supervising construction projects
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices
