Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at Formix located in Colombo. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the assigned site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing site resources, coordinating with subcontractors, and providing regular progress reports. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction site supervision or related field
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
