Role Description:
Full-time hybrid role for a Site Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring project timelines, and quality standards. Some remote work flexibility is possible, primarily based in Kandy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in boiler installations, maintenance, and repair
- Background in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of steam engineering and thermic fluid heaters
- Strong leadership, problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities
- Effective project management, independent work
- Proficiency in engineering software, tools
- Health and safety certifications are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
