Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at 360 Interiors in Colombo. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include managing construction teams, conducting quality control inspections, and liaising with clients and contractors.

• Experience in construction supervision, project management, and quality control
• Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
• Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or a related field
