Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor at 360 Interiors in Colombo. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Daily tasks include managing construction teams, conducting quality control inspections, and liaising with clients and contractors.
- Experience in construction supervision, project management, and quality control
- Knowledge of architectural and interior design principles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or a related field
