Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Batticaloa. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, managing subcontractors, and resolving any technical issues that arise on site. Qualifications – Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety guidelines – Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills – Effective communication and interpersonal abilities – Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field – Prior experience in construction or civil engineering projects
