Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Sanima Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in construction management or site engineering
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Knowledge of environmental and sustainability practices in construction is a plus
