Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising standards are met.
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent product knowledge and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a showroom environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
