Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage overall showroom operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service
- Train and supervise showroom staff for exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets
- Analyze sales data, maintain stock levels, and develop sales strategies
- Conduct audits, handle customer complaints, and collaborate with other departments
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities
- Prepare reports on showroom performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years retail management experience in a supermarket
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours and fluency in English and Sinhala
