Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.

• Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and present EV solutions that meet their expectations.

• Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and provide insightful product knowledge to customers.

• Oversee all aspects of the showroom operations, ensuring a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with customers.

• Familiarity with the Sri Lankan electric vehicle landscape (preferred).

• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting electric mobility
