Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom
- Manage and train showroom staff to ensure high levels of customer service
- Maintain the visual and operational standards of the showroom
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure the showroom reflects the latest trends and designs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock effectively
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing an interior design showroom
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems
