Job Description
Requirements:
- Fully or partly qualified in Supply Chain Management/Logistics Diploma.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Sea Freight Export Procedures.
- Conversant with Vessel Booking and Tracking Systems/Platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in SAP Operating System will be an advantage.
- Candidates residing in and around Malabe will be given priority.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing competitive freight, vessel booking, and coordinating all shipments.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders like clearing agents, freight forwarders, and customs officials.
- Manage shipment-related documents for outbound shipments while ensuring compliance.
- Coordinate with the factory and prepare necessary management reports.
- Attend to all shipping-related activities with supervision.
