Specializing in tax-efficient insurance solutions for businesses and individuals in the UK, the company provides whole-of-market advice and a range of term assurance products.
Role Description
This full-time role based in Colombo District involves managing business relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and handling finance-related customer service tasks for the group of UK-based financial services firms.
Responsibilities:
• Need Analysis: Identify client’s insurance needs in collaboration with the Insurance Advisor
• Sourcing: Prepare quotations and assist in presenting suitable solutions to clients
• Insurance Providers: Coordinate with Insurance Providers, Advisor, and Clients for underwriting requirements
• Report Writing: Summarize advice and recommendations in reports
• Compliance: Ensure files meet compliance standards
• Stakeholder Management: Fulfill administrative expectations of advisors
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous work experience required; Financial Services or Insurance background preferred
• Graduate in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics or working towards ACCA, CIMA, CISI, or CII
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
